RESPONSIBILITIES: Deliver a warm, tailored, and elevated client experience reflective of luxury standards Build and nurture long-term client relationships through storytelling and follow-ups Drive individual and boutique sales while maintaining strong product knowledge Ensure immaculate presentation and uphold the brand’s visual and service standards
REQUIREMENTS: Previous experience in luxury or premium retail; jewellery background advantageous Well-presented, polished, and personable with strong communication skills Demonstrated career stability and commitment to professional growth Naturally aligned with values of elegance, craftsmanship, and sincerity
