Sales Coordinator This is an exciting opportunity to for a Sales Coordinator join a successful trading company. As Sales Coordinator you’ll be able to demonstrate experience in a similar position, preferably with the ability to think on your feet and the desire to make a real difference in this hands-on role.

What we’re looking for: Experience in a similar role with a focus on sales administration. The ability to think on your feet and the desire to make a real difference in this hands-on role. Exceptional organisational skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office and up-to-date IT skills. Motivated with an eye for detail
Key responsibilities: Liaise with customers and internal staff as well as work independently and as part of a team Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to plan, prepare and implement strategies to succeed. Ensuring orders are processed/dispatched correctly and efficiently and demonstrate ownership of customers, products and problems with shipments. Research and Marketing to identify opportunities Communicating with overseas customers Preparing tender documents and quotations Negotiating with suppliers and processing orders Organising shipments
