Sales Development Manager


Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Location: South London/Kent/Brighton


Job Type: Full-time

On behalf of our client, we are recruiting for a Sales Development Manager with a strong background in sales and new business acquisition. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional, ideally with experience in the insurance or transport sectors, to take on a strategic role focused on growth and client engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business opportunities across designated regions and sectors
  • Recruit new members to the company
  • Collaborate with the Sales & Development team to support wider objectives
  • Deliver high-impact presentations and pitches to potential clients and partners


Required skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales and business development
  • Industry knowledge in insurance and/or transport is highly desirable
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Confident representing an organisation at all levels
