My client is redefining how businesses handle HR. Their platform combines smart automation with expert HR support to help companies save time, reduce risk, and empower their people. They're growing fast and looking for a Player-Coach to join us as our new SDR Team Lead to lead from the front while building and scaling our outbound sales development function.
The Role: As SDR Team Lead , you’ll be both hands-on in prospecting and responsible for coaching a small team of SDRs. You’ll set the standard for outreach excellence, refine our playbook, and help the team consistently generate high-quality sales meetings for our Account Executives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup, enjoys rolling up their sleeves, and is passionate about both individual contribution and team development.
