Dunbar Brown Group are delighted to be working in partnership with an exciting Data and AI consultancy client in their search for an experienced Sales Development Representative.


Our client specialises in digital transformation consultancy, selling its solutions to Financial Services companies in the UK


As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the business by identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities. Working closely with senior sales and business development leaders, you will be responsible for creating a strong pipeline of prospects and ensuring a seamless handover of qualified leads for further engagement.


This is an office-based role in central London (4–5 days per week), where you’ll thrive in a collaborative, high-energy environment that rewards initiative and results.


Key Responsibilities

Proactively prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social engagement

Qualify inbound leads and assess their fit for the company’s services

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, acting as the first point of contact

Book high-quality meetings and demos for senior members of the sales team

Work closely with marketing to align campaigns and messaging to targeted outreach

Maintain accurate records of activity and progress using CRM tools

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified opportunities and pipeline growth


Essential skills and experience:

Proven track record as an SDR or in a similar outbound sales role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly

Experience working with SaaS or technology solutions (highly desirable)

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Organised and detail-oriented, with strong CRM management skills

Resilient, positive, and eager to learn and grow within the business
