Alexandria is a rapidly expanding start-up looking to hire a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). Qualifications
Experience sourcing data bases and prioritizing outreach Feels comfortable effectively making cold calls and cold prospecting through multiple channels such as LinkedIn Can maintain a high volume of prospecting activity, on average 80 attempts per day A track record of high achievement The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with peers who challenge you to be better The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals Are naturally curious and passionate
Responsibilities
Work closely and collaboratively with account executives to develop and implement appropriate selling strategies Conduct high volume prospecting (60-100 activities per day) to qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media Conduct needs qualification calls with specific prospects
Preferred Qualifications
Some sales experience (1-2 years of experience) Documented history of achieving results Experience in the financial or data industries
