About the Role
We are recruiting a Sales Lead for a well-established commercial cleaning business, operating exclusively within London. This hybrid position offers an exciting opportunity to design and implement sales strategies that will drive revenue growth and strengthen client relationships.
As the Sales Lead, you will:
- Develop and execute sales initiatives that meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Build strong client relationships while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Work closely with operational teams to align service delivery with customer needs.
- Analyse industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
About You
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
- Demonstrable experience in sales leadership, within soft FM or commercial cleaning.(ESSENTIAL)
- A strong understanding of London’s facilities management market.
- Proven ability to win, grow, and retain key accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
