Sales Engineer. £50,000 - £60,000 + Bonus scheme + Car Sales Engineer, Technical Sales Engineer, Business Development professional to join a well-established leading business who supply robotic & automation solutions to the manufacturing industry. Newly created role in a growing, successful team, focussing on growing key accounts as well as generating new business. Very consultative and targeted on quality over quantity when it comes to their sales approach. Very suited to someone with a technical background in engineering, robotics, mechatronics or similar who has moved into a commercially focussed role. They provide bespoke systems, so this person will need to have a good technical understanding. An understanding of the manufacturing industry (Pharmaceuticals, Automotive, Food / Process and Distribution). Excellent long-term capabilities within an SME business, working closely with the Sales Director. A very free / autonomous role, offices in Gloucester, and customer across the UK.
