TLC - Thames Luxury Charters owns a large fleet of luxurious party boats available for hire on the River Thames in London, catering to private charters for 2 to 600 guests. Thames Luxury Charters is a popular choice for private and corporate events, providing bespoke events packages to suit various requests and requirements. Our fleet features quality fittings and furnishings comparable to 5-star London venues. Our uniformed, professional staff, along with our Executive Chef and culinary team, offer a wide range of catering options, from finger food to 5-course banquets. We aim to deliver upmarket facilities and excellence aboard Thames riverboats.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Events Executive located in London. The Sales & Events Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating events, liaising with clients to understand their needs, providing exceptional customer service, and executing bespoke events packages. Day-to-day tasks include handling sales inquiries, managing event logistics, and maintaining relationships with clients and vendors. The executive will also work closely with catering and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Catering and Operations Teams
  • Proficiency in using Event Management software and CRM systems
  • Previous experience in the Events or Hospitality Industry is a plus
  • A proactive and customer-focused attitude
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
  • Ability to work on-site in London
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Marketing, or related field


Salary Expectations: £30,000-£35,000 depending on experience
