Reporting to the Sales manager, we are looking for an experienced highly motivated individual, ready to hit the ground running, with a passion for providing exceptional levels of customer service, to join our busy sales department at our Kia dealership in Chichester.

This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first. You will support and guide customers every step of the way throughout the purchase of their new vehicle.

Your duties will include but are not limited to the following: Identify and encourage potential customers Provide great customer service Build and maintain strong customer relationships Meet customer needs/expectations Produce suitable options to the customer and adapt to their buying strategy Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets Liaise with colleagues and other departments to provide seamless service Other duties as required
