With exciting new phases launching at Arundel Gate, Esquire Developments is seeking a talented Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team.


As a Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in guiding purchasers through the entire home-buying journey, from off-plan reservation and choices selection to build updates, site visits, and final handover.

What We’re Looking For


We’re seeking a confident and organised individual with a proven track record in off-plan property sales. You’ll be customer-focused, highly motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of COINS would be an advantage, but it’s not essential – what matters most is your ability to deliver

exceptional service and results.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage enquiries and guide clients through the buying journey from reservation to completion
  • Confidently negotiate reservations and secure sales
  • Provide regular updates on build progress
  • Coordinate client choices and extras
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety during site visits
  • Conduct market research and report findings to the Sales Director
  • Assist with marketing events and promotional activities
  • Maintain a presentable and welcoming sales suite/show home
  • Handle client queries and deliver outstanding customer care
  • Oversee property handovers on completion
  • Understand build programmes and industry standards


Key Skills & Experience


  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the property industry
  • Proven experience in off-plan property sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • High attention to detail and commitment to customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
