Key Responsibilities
Sales Execution & Market Development
* Assist in executing sales plans aligned with company goals.
* Support identification and follow-up of new business opportunities.
* Help gather market insights and customer feedback.
Account Management & Customer Engagement
* Visit customers on site as required (expect 50% travel)
* Support account management and customer engagement activities.
* Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events as needed
* Maintain good customer service and responsiveness.
Collaboration & Sales Support
* Prepare quotations and commercial proposals.
* Collaborate with internal teams to support order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
* Update CRM records and assist with sales reporting.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
* Experience and interest in B2B sales within manufacturing or related sectors.
* Experience or willingness to work in a collaborative sales team environment.
* Basic commercial awareness and eagerness to develop negotiation skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
