What this Sales role entails: Youll be making outbound B2B sales calls, with the aim of scheduling a sales appointment for a Business Development Manager to attend, to meet with business owners/Directors to sell Peninsulas services. Your goal is to extract the very best results from each call you make and build a future pipeline of callbacks. You will work to targets around number of calls made and appointments booked daily. Accurately build, manage, and maintain your own sales pipeline. Update salesforce with accurate information. Thrive on working in a fast paced, target focussed high energy and high reward culture. Skills we look for in a B2B Sales Executive: You will ideally need to have experience within a B2B or B2C sales role. Confidence in outbound calling through a consultative approach, we dont use a script, so being able to initiate conversations, ask relevant questions and pick up on leads. Working to targets will be a daily focus, so having that drive and self-awareness is important.
