Sales Graduate Programme - Entry Level Sales Position Central London On-site - 5 days a week
The Opportunity We are looking for ambitious, energetic, and hungry graduates to join our client's Sales Graduate Program . This is an entry-level sales role designed for those who thrive on challenge, are driven by results, and want to build a career in a meritocratic environment where your success is in your hands. This is a full-time, on-site role (5 days a week) where you’ll gain exposure to the entire sales cycle - from prospecting and relationship building to pitching and closing deals.
What You’ll Do: Learn and master the business approach to sales through structured training and on-the-job experience Identify, research, and approach potential clients across diverse industries Develop strong business relationships with key decision-makers Support the sales team with proposals, presentations, and pipeline management Collaborate closely with colleagues across strategy, design, and delivery to bring their solutions to life Take ownership of your growth and progression in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
What We’re Looking For: Recent graduate (in any discipline) with a genuine interest in sales and business development A self-starter with hunger, grit, and ambition to succeed Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a meritocracy – your hard work and results will determine how fast you grow Resilient, curious, and eager to learn in a high-energy environment Comfortable working on-site 5 days a week, building strong connections with your team and clients
