Sales Graduate Programme - Entry Level Sales Position

Central London

On-site - 5 days a week


The Opportunity

We are looking for ambitious, energetic, and hungry graduates to join our client's Sales Graduate Program. This is an entry-level sales role designed for those who thrive on challenge, are driven by results, and want to build a career in a meritocratic environment where your success is in your hands.

This is a full-time, on-site role (5 days a week) where you’ll gain exposure to the entire sales cycle - from prospecting and relationship building to pitching and closing deals.


What You’ll Do:

  • Learn and master the business approach to sales through structured training and on-the-job experience
  • Identify, research, and approach potential clients across diverse industries
  • Develop strong business relationships with key decision-makers
  • Support the sales team with proposals, presentations, and pipeline management
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across strategy, design, and delivery to bring their solutions to life
  • Take ownership of your growth and progression in a fast-paced, results-driven environment


What We’re Looking For:

  • Recent graduate (in any discipline) with a genuine interest in sales and business development
  • A self-starter with hunger, grit, and ambition to succeed
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
