The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities
Sales Lead Generation Researching prospects and identifying new business opportunities for lead generation through various channels (B2B or B2C) Conducting outbound sales generation via email, phone, LinkedIn and other channels Qualifying leads and converting them into customers/sales and where necessary booking in appointments for the Business Development team if required Following up with inbound enquiries converting them into confirmed bookings & track the status of open opportunities Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and customer needs using online tools, databases and social media platforms CRM Implementation of a CRM system (Salesforce) into the Business Development Team Maintain & update CRM with accurate records and up to date customer information Monitor and analyse sales performance by accounts managing pipeline supporting the Head of Sales & Business Development Provide regular reports on lead generat...
