We are looking for a Sales Ledger to join our Accounts Team at our Head Office in Dromore, Co. Down. Its a really exciting time to join the business with a trailer fleet exceeding 1200 and a new warehousing facility opening soon to meet the demands of our customers. This role presents an amazing opportunity for an experienced Sales Ledger to joining an expanding local family business. Job Overview The ideal person will play a vital role within the Company monitoring and control of our Sales Ledger and reporting to our large customer base. They must have the ability to work to agreed timescales while contributing effectively to the team. They will be required to work with other business departments and communicate effectively. Job Duties The Sales Ledger will be responsible for: Ensuring that customers receive sales invoices to agreed timescales Ensuring the accuracy of invoices Reporting to customers to pre-agreed standards and a strict timetable Communicating with customers to resolve queries Answer email queries from both internal and external sources. Essential Educated to GCSE level.
