What youll do Assist in identifying and cultivating relationships with key clients in sports, music, film, and entertainment. Support the creation of tailored proposals and packages for sports delegations, production crews, and VIP guests. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of high-profile bookings and events. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and revenue performance. Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns targeting the sports and entertainment market. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform sales strategy. Provide on-site support for major events, ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence. What we are looking for Experience in hospitality sales, preferably within the sports or entertainment sectors. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Knowledge of the sports and entertainment landscape in London and beyond. Proficiency in CRM systems, PMS (opera) and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A proactive, client-focused approach with a passion for luxury hospitality. Based at The Stratford with occasional travel to client meetings, events, and industry functions. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during key sporting or entertainment events.
