Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 basic + Commission + Benefits - predicted ote up to 45K based on KPIS

Full-time 40 Hrs per week | Sales | Reporting to GM


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to spearhead growth at a luxury Members Wellness Club. This high-profile site blends world-class fitness, wellness, and community in a premium environment. As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent the core values of wellness, community, and service excellence, ensuring the club reflects the highest standards of luxury wellbeing.

The Role

As Sales Manager, your mission is to drive membership growth, revenue, and engagement while ensuring every prospect and member enjoys a seamless, bespoke joiner experience. Working with the senior team to set strategy, inspiring performance, and create a culture of excellence.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Member Engagement

  • Deliver tailored appointments, tours, and consultations that showcase our premium facilities.
  • Proactively follow up with prospects to address concerns and secure new joiners.
  • Anticipate and respond to sales performance trends with innovative strategies.
  • Execute engaging call drives and outreach campaigns to attract and retain members.


Lead Generation & Conversion

  • Build new pipelines through corporate partnerships, networking, and curated community events.
  • Convert leads into loyal members who align with our brand ethos and lifestyle.
  • Enhance the joiner journey to encourage referrals and long-term retention.


Team Leadership & Development

  • Deliver consistent feedback and professional development to strengthen individual and collective success.
  • Instill a culture of excellence, ownership, and accountability.

Operational & Duty Management

  • Ensure an exceptional welcome for every guest and member.
  • Maintain impeccable service, safety, and hygiene standards.
