Job Description

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to lead and grow cloud sales team for a global business, that specialise in cloud/hosting services. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated sales leader to drive new business, mentor top talent, and shape the future of our cloud offerings in a competitive and fast-growing market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of new business sales professionals.
  • Drive revenue growth by building, scaling, and optimizing a cloud sales organization.
  • Establish and execute strategies for acquiring new enterprise and SMB clients.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, technical, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions to customers.
  • Monitor performance metrics and coach the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop a strong pipeline of qualified leads through effective territory and account planning.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on growth, accountability, and collaboration.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience selling cloud solutions, including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, or related services.
  • Demonstrated success building, growing, and mentoring new business teams.
  • Track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of cloud technology and market trends.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Must be happy working from the London office x3 days per week
