Job Description
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to lead and grow cloud sales team for a global business, that specialise in cloud/hosting services. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated sales leader to drive new business, mentor top talent, and shape the future of our cloud offerings in a competitive and fast-growing market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of new business sales professionals.
- Drive revenue growth by building, scaling, and optimizing a cloud sales organization.
- Establish and execute strategies for acquiring new enterprise and SMB clients.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, technical, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions to customers.
- Monitor performance metrics and coach the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop a strong pipeline of qualified leads through effective territory and account planning.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on growth, accountability, and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Proven experience selling cloud solutions, including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, or related services.
- Demonstrated success building, growing, and mentoring new business teams.
- Track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of cloud technology and market trends.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Must be happy working from the London office x3 days per week
