Overview An established manufacturer of thermal equipment is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead its commercial function. This is a pivotal role within a globally respected engineering firm supplying high-specification systems for advanced materials testing and processing.

The company has built a reputation for engineering excellence, serving both R&D and production environments across international markets. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping business strategy, driving revenue growth, and strengthening customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities Take full ownership of the sales function, from strategic planning to tactical execution. Guide customers toward technically appropriate solutions tailored to their application needs. Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals to secure commercially viable agreements.
