Your New RoleAs Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of 10 outbound sales professionals, driving performance, and contributing directly to revenue growth. You'll be hands-on in coaching, recruiting, and motivating your team, while also actively engaging in sales yourself. This is a hybrid role with 4 office-based days and one day remote per week.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, ideally within SaaS or tech
- A strong track record in team leadership, coaching, and hitting sales targets
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools
- A hunter mentality with a passion for outbound sales
