Sales Manager – Lead a High-Performing Tech Sales Team
Location: London (Hybrid)
Full-time | £90,000–£100,000 base + £50,000–£100,000 OTE + Benefits
Are you a commercially driven sales leader with a passion for technology and a proven track record of managing high-performing teams? We’re hiring a Sales Manager to lead a team of 3–7 sales professionals, driving growth and building relationships with technical stakeholders across the UK.
About the Role:
As Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading a talented team and executing a high-impact sales strategy. You’ll work closely with technical buyers—such as CTOs, Heads of Engineering, and Product Leaders—to deliver tailored solutions that solve real business challenges. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-growth business at a pivotal stage of expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3–7 Sales Executives to consistently exceed revenue targets.
- Build and execute strategic sales plans focused on engaging technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align on customer needs and market trends.
- Monitor pipeline health, sales performance, and KPIs, providing actionable insights and coaching.
- Represent the business at key industry events, client meetings, and strategic presentations.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Demonstrated success in selling complex solutions to technical audiences.
- Strong leadership and coaching capabilities with a passion for team development.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
