A bit about you Lawton Brook is seeking a dynamic and driven General Sales Manager to lead our high-performing team and drive business success. This is a pivotal leadership role where you'll oversee daily operations, coach and motivate the sales team, manage stock and purchasing, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of the sales team. Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs, providing coaching and support. Oversee stock control, purchasing, and vehicle preparation. Drive performance through data, reporting, and management information.
