What You'll Be Doing:


  • Leading and Developing Your Team: You'll manage a team of 9 experienced and dedicated sales professionals. Your primary focus will be on coaching, mentoring, and driving the team's overall performance.
  • Driving High-Value Deals: While your main focus is management, you will also be hands-on, getting involved in larger, complex deals to help your team close them.
  • Achieving Team Targets: You will be targeted on the overall performance of your team, with a key focus on achieving the annual Net Sales target of $9.4 million. This target is broken down into monthly goals to align with seasonal trends.
