Key Roles & Responsibilities Lead, motivate and coach the sales team Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients both into the field and remotely Develop sales strategies and hit ambitious growth targets Spot market opportunities and react quickly
Skills & Requirements: IT sales experience including team leadership Strong background in account management and relationship building. Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets. Confident communicator and negotiator. Comfortable driving change and introducing new processes
