The Role

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our small, dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a strong drive to succeed, both personally and for our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process, guiding enquiries from initial contact through to the final stages.

This role is primarily within our Franchise department, where you will work with major clients such as Ben & Jerry’s, Shell, and Schmidt. Your key responsibility will be nurturing and qualifying franchise enquiries through a structured screening process.

The role will be part time with a potential option to go full time as more clients come on board.

Part Time: Monday - Friday 9:30am - 2:30pm

Full Time: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Partnerships Manager.
• Communicate effectively with the marketing team.
• Liaise with clients to ensure smooth enquiry handling.
• Maintain accurate records of potential candidates.
