Role Profile
Reports to: Sales Manager & Directors
Location: Glasgow, office-based/field-based
Salary: Dependent on experience
Hours: 45 hours per week (8.30am to 6.00pm)

Role Overview
As a Sales Representative at Trespass, you will play a key role in working to expand our customer base and increase sales opportunities. You will identify new business prospects, nurture existing client relationships, and showcase our extensive range of outdoor clothing and equipment to retailers, distributors and key partners.
Your role will include meeting sales targets, presenting product ranges, negotiating deals, and ensuring the Trespass brand is represented to the highest standard.

What does a typical week sound like?
- You will be responsible for arranging customer visits (covering product presentations/general sales calls).
- You will review sales/forecast and make necessary adjustments.
- You will be responsible for targeting and researching new business prospects.
- You will be in regular communication with the Sales department, customer support team and management.
- You will carry out general admin tasks.
Requirements & Skills
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development (preferably in retail, wholesale, or outdoor/lifestyle brands).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to work independently.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within your territory.
- A genuine interest in outdoor activities, sports or adventure gear (preferred).
