Role Overview – Sales & Service Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Service Advisor / Vehicle Service Advisor to join a growing automotive team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, managing enquiries, bookings, estimates, and ensuring a smooth customer journey from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, and online booking systems

Convert enquiries into confirmed service and repair appointments

Prepare and clearly explain estimates, pricing, and required work

Schedule jobs and manage workshop bookings efficiently

Keep customers updated on progress, timelines, and any additional work

Liaise with the front-of-house team, technicians, and workshop management

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
