Support sales representatives and help the internal product organization define emerging propositions. Create and maintain product presentations. Identify functionality gaps with sales representatives and prospects.
What you will need
An understanding of card program management as well as chargeback, fraud prevention, and mobile and instant payments. A client-focused approach along with experience supporting a sales team and partnering with senior management. Familiarity with competitors as well as their products and services.
