The Role As a Graduate Sales Support Executive, you’ll play a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring a smooth process for SMEs applying for business loans. Your responsibilities will include: Acting as the first point of contact for inbound client enquiries. Supporting the sales team with loan applications, proposals, and documentation. Managing customer records and ensuring compliance requirements are met. Liaising with underwriters and internal teams to progress applications. Providing excellent customer service to both new and existing clients.
