The Role

As a Graduate Sales Support Executive, you’ll play a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring a smooth process for SMEs applying for business loans. Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the first point of contact for inbound client enquiries.
• Supporting the sales team with loan applications, proposals, and documentation.
• Managing customer records and ensuring compliance requirements are met.
• Liaising with underwriters and internal teams to progress applications.
• Providing excellent customer service to both new and existing clients.

About You

• A recent graduate (any discipline considered, Economics/Finance/Business advantageous).
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Able to prioritise workloads and work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Ambitious with the drive to progress into sales, account management, or credit in the future.
