Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to Sales Managers across multiple territories. Accurately process sales orders and maintain records in line with business requirements. Coordinate product samples and sales/marketing materials. Support customer meetings and attend trade events when required. Help maintain accurate customer data and assist with cross-departmental coordination. Resolve post-sale customer queries and issues through phone and email.
