About the Job Are you ready to lead from the front in establishing Board Company’s presence in England? As our Sales Team Lead for this new market, you’ll be responsible for generating new business, building up a team and setting the pace for success. Your mission is to sell our exclusive board training programme, Board Certificate, to English executives and business leaders. You will play a key role in shaping the foundation of Board Company’s reputation and growth in England.

We achieve this through our exclusive board training programmes, completed by over 10,000 executives and board members across the European business sector.
We are a Danish company with branches in Sweden, Norway, Finland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and France, making us an internationally recognized provider of board education. Our next goal is to expand to the English market.
The Role As our Sales Team Lead, you’ll begin by leading sales efforts personally – contacting potential clients directly by phone and email and providing expert advice on our board education programme. You will need to excel in a brief and consultative sales process with a high level of expertise.
After establishing initial momentum and revenue, you’ll be entrusted with recruiting, building, and leading a high-performing sales team, positioning Board Company as a leading provider of board education across England.

Experienced Sales Leader for a Senior Executive Target Group We will get to know you as a highly driven sales leader with an entrepreneurial and winning mindset. You are ready to start hands-on and close deals yourself and be capable of building and managing a team once initial sales goals are met. Additionally, we’re looking for someone who:
Is fluent in English, both spoken and written Has proven experience in B2B sales Has a couple of years of experience in managing a sales team Has experience selling to business leaders Has an interest in the English business landscape, particularly within the networking and education sectors
