Sales Team Manager Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:30pm Hybrid - 3 days office Salary up to £40,000 depending on experience Performance based bonus Responsibilities: * To assume day-2-day responsibility for the performance of a Business Development team of between 8-12 agents. * Develop a sales strategy to achieve organisational sales goals and revenues * Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives * General management of the team including Training, Coaching & Motivation * To monitor Key Performance Indicators and be responsible for ensuring both the necessary volume and quality of calls is achieved to meet company high standards. * Create, develop, and implement new account acquisition and customer retention plans. * Provision of sales reports and analysis of performance for senior management. * To motivate, inspire and lead by example to ensure your teams success.
