Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Book meetings and create pipeline for the sales team.
• Collaborate closely with partners and internal account managers.
• Track activity and pipeline in CRM and contribute to team targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales role, ideally in the UK & Ireland market.
• Strong cold-calling and lead qualification skills.
• Excellent communication, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Salesloft) and sales tools.
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
