The Opportunity
We are looking for our next hungry, proactive, sociable superstar! This role is for a hands-on, commercially driven sales pro with a knack for building relationships and an instinct for spotting opportunity. If you're a natural networker, able to think on your feet and handle objections with ease, we'd love to hear from you. You’ll take ownership of the sales pipeline, drive high-value conversations with senior decision-makers, and help position Flame PR as the go-to agency for brands who want to be heard. You’re not afraid of the phone. You enjoy the chase. You understand how to open doors with C-suites and turn conversations into contracts. Key Responsibilities
· Lead with Impact: Drive high-quality lead generation, identifying and targeting key decision-makers across priority sectors.
- Engage & Convert: Initiate meaningful outreach (cold and warm) across email, phone, LinkedIn and in-person channels to spark conversations and book meetings with qualified prospects.
- Strategic Sales: Understand client pain points and align our PR and digital services to their business goals — shaping the messaging that wins them over.
- Negotiating & Closing - Lead the commercial side of client relationships by developing compelling proposal decks, scope of work documents, accurately pricing deliverables, negotiating budgets, and confidently closing deals—ensuring work is both creatively impactful and commercially viable.
- Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with the CEO and senior team to refine the agency’s growth strategy and build a pipeline aligned with our long-term vision.
- Own the full sales funnel – from initial prospecting and qualification through to post-sale account management. Lead structured Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to ensure an ongoing, seamless, consistent client experience throughout their journey.
- CRM Mastery: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and performance tracking via HubSpot, helping inform data-led sales decisions.
- Stay Ahead: Stay sharp on industry trends, competitor activity, and client behaviour to continually refine sales outreach and messaging.
What We’re Looking For
· Experienced Deal-Maker: Proven B2B sales experience, with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
- Confident Communicator: Comfortable presenting and pitching to senior stakeholders and C-suites, with strong verbal and written skills.
- Naturally Proactive: A self-starter who doesn’t wait for leads to come to them — you create momentum and bring energy to everything you do.
- Commercially Astute: Able to think beyond the sale — you understand client challenges, can spot business opportunities, and know how to position value.
- Organised Operator: Highly disciplined in managing your pipeline, follow-ups, and sales reporting. Detail-oriented without losing sight of the big picture.
- Collaborative Spirit: You’ll be working alongside marketing, PR and leadership — so you’ll need to communicate well, share insights, and help lift the whole team.
