Your Role

As an Internal Sales Executive, you will:

  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts to maximize sales potential.
  • Identify and develop profitable new business opportunities.
  • Engage with customers both over the phone with the opportunity to attend face-to-face sales meetings.
  • Accurately process orders and provide competitive quotes.
  • Maximise add-on sales and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Reconnect with lapsed accounts and reach out to potential customers.
  • Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Work closely with external sales, credit control, and other departments.
  • Promote the full range of products within SIG Interiors
  • What We’re Looking For

    Previous internal sales experience (essential).
    Experience in a construction-related distribution environment (preferred) but not essential as full product training will be required.
    Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
    Good numeracy skills and IT proficiency.
    Excellent attention to detail and ability to work proactively.
