As part of their ongoing growth in the UK, they are seeking a senior sales professional to drive enterprise adoption and expand their presence across financial services.
The Role This is a senior, client-facing position for an experienced salesperson who can navigate complex enterprise sales within the capital markets, compliance, or RegTech space. You will manage existing relationships, develop new business, and be instrumental in expanding the client footprint across the UK and EMEA.
Key Responsibilities Lead enterprise sales efforts across the UK and EMEA markets. Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders at banks, brokers, exchanges, asset managers, and regulators. Drive new business opportunities from lead generation through to close. Articulate the value of sophisticated analytics, AI-driven surveillance, and fraud detection solutions. Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients. Represent the company at industry events, client briefings, and workshops.
Candidate Profile 7+ years’ experience in enterprise software sales to financial institutions, ideally within RegTech, surveillance, risk, or analytics . Proven track record selling to capital markets participants — banks, trading venues, or regulators. Strong understanding of compliance, financial crime, and trading workflows . Excellent communication, presentation, and executive relationship skills. Strategic thinker with a self-starter mentality capable of driving growth in a fast-evolving market.
