Senior Sales Lead – Defence & Public Sector

Enterprise Sales Executive

UK-based | Hybrid working | National travel required


We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Lead to drive growth within Defence and Public Sector markets. This role will focus on building client relationships, leading sales campaigns, and delivering against ambitious targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver annual sales targets and sector growth plans.
  • Build and maintain senior-level client and partner relationships.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.
  • Manage key opportunities from pipeline to contract renewal.
  • Collaborate with marketing to drive lead generation and events.


Requirements:

  • Over 3 years proven sales success in Defence and/or Public Sector
  • Excellent commercial knowledge of Public Sector and/or government frameworks and procurement routes is essential.
  • Experience in Managed Services and Service Management.
  • Effective leadership and coaching skills.
  • A knowledge of ITIL best practice is desirable.
  • Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
