We have been recognised by multiple analysts and the most recent one being best‑in‑class Virtual Account Management provider in Europe by Datos.
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who drives our go‑to‑market strategy and contributes significantly to the success of our business goals and growth strategy.
Responsibilities
- Implement sales strategy and manage the sales cycle including lead generation, prospecting, qualifying, business development and closing to meet targets.
- Build relationships with potential new customers, identify and develop leads.
- Create pipeline and close deals.
- Lead contract negotiation with bid teams.
- Execute go‑to‑market plan together with sales and marketing teams.
- Maintain relationships with potential customers and own sales case until handover to delivery.
- Develop and close contracts and project statements of work with customers.
- Support compliance and other audit activities with customers.
- Contribute to thought leadership in the cash management and liquidity space.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience selling enterprise software and SaaS solutions to banks and financial institutions.
- Demonstrated successful track‑record of winning new strategic long‑term deals.
- Experience and understanding of the cash management or transaction banking business domain.
- B2B software sales experience is a plus.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiating skills.
- Experience with writing and negotiating contracts.
- High‑level sales or executive presentation skills with ability to gain credibility and trust with a variety of technical and non‑technical stakeholders and influencers within the customer organizations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong network of potential prospects and partners.
