About you

Are you a strategic and customer-focused Solutions Architect with a passion for designing innovative solutions?

We're looking for an experienced individual to join our growing team and play a key role in our expansion into the US market.

In this role, you'll be the crucial link between prospective customers and our product development teams. You'll work independently to analyse complex business requirements and translate them into compelling solution designs. Your ability to think creatively and collaborate effectively will be essential as you identify gaps in our current offerings and orchestrate the development of new, innovative solutions that delight our customers.

We're looking for a proactive, independent yet collaborative Solutions Architect who is adept at creating solutions during pre-sales engagements. Experience in the pension industry and/or the PRT/de-risking market is a plus, but not essential.

Key responsibilities

• Requirements analysis: you'll collect, review, and analyse prospective customer requirements to understand their unique needs and objectives, identifying where our current software and services align and where there are opportunities for new solutions.
• Solution innovation: you'll be a creative problem-solver, brainstorming how our existing solutions can be adapted to meet new customer needs. When a new solution is required, you'll lead workshops and estimation sessions to create a viable plan.
• Communication and presentation: you'll effectively communicate your solution designs to both prospects and internal stakeholders through clear, enthusiastic written proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Project oversight: you'll support the implementation of your solutions, working closely with our development teams to see projects through from inception to completion.
