What Youll Be Doing:
- Strategic Sales: Craft and implement innovative sponsorship sales strategies designed to surpass revenue targets and cultivate enduring partnerships. - Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify and qualify potential sponsors, focusing on decision-makers within the tech and cybersecurity sectors. - Relationship Building: Develop and sustain robust relationships with prospective sponsors, acting as a trusted advisor to optimise their return on investment. - Sales Presentations: Create and deliver persuasive sponsorship proposals tailored to the specific goals of each prospect, highlighting the unique value of partnering with EDS Brands. - Negotiation & Closing: Confidently negotiate terms and close deals that benefit both sponsors and EDS Brands, driving mutual growth. - Collaboration: Partner with marketing and production teams to ensure sponsorship packages are perfectly aligned with event content, guaranteeing premium exposure for sponsors. - Pipeline Management: Keep an organised and up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM tools, tracking progress and reporting on key metrics.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sponsorship or B2B sales, preferably within the technology or events industries. - Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth. - Skills: Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the capability to engage senior decision-makers. - Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the B2B technology and cybersecurity landscape is advantageous. - Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with a self-motivated and results-oriented approach. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for delivering compelling presentations.
