The Sales & Marketing Recruiter | Events, Media & Tech sectors | London, Exeter & Global

Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)

Salary: Up to £40k (DOE) + commission

Do you thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment and love the buzz of live events?

We’re looking for a Sponsorship Sales Manager to join a growing team in the exhibitions events space.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Full 360 sales: sourcing leads, pitching, negotiating and closing
• Building strong, lasting relationships with clients across sectors
• Selling into a new launch event for an industry-leading B2B exhibitions company
• Working with new & existing business to sell stand and sponsorship packages
• Collaborating with marketing and event production teams
• Attending events (UK and potentially international) to network and sell face-to-face
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets in a dynamic team environment

What We’re Looking For

• c12 months of 360 exhibition or conference sponsorship sales experience
• Confident, outgoing, and target-driven
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn
• Strong communicator – both written and verbal
• Passionate about events, exhibitions, and connecting with people
