We are looking to recruit on behalf of our client, a Technical Sales Engineer to join their existing team on a permanent basis. Our client are a leading provider of mechanical solutions within industrial settings relating to gas turbines and power generation. EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS Essential * Engineering, Business or Manufacturing Qualification at HND level or equivalent. Desirable * Engineering, Business or Manufacturing Qualification at Degree level or equivalent. EXPERIENCE Essential * Extensive commercial and technical experience from similar industries and roles. * Experience of enquiry and bid management. * Experience of producing sales proposals within similar industries. * Proven track record of success working within a sales/proposal’s environment. * Able to demonstrate the desire and determination to exceed performance targets. * Capable of showing a natural ability of sustaining customer relationships that have led to successful and profitable sales. * Excellent customer care and communications skills. * Ability to independently plan, organise and work to tight deadlines. * Capable of working within a fast-paced environment whilst demonstrating inspirational and supportive leadership skills.
