Base pay rangeTechnical Sales Manager – Falmouth, Cornwall (Full-time, Office Based)Salary range: £30,000 to £38,000The RoleIVF Bioscience is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to support the growth of our company specializing in animal in vitro production (IVP) media. This exciting role is based at our coastal Falmouth office, and you’ll be reporting directly to the Managing Director.In this position, you\'ll use your technical expertise and interpersonal skills to build long-term relationships with our customer base. You will achieve a high level of customer retention and bring new customers onboard by delivering the highest possible level of customer support.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild long-term relationships with prospective and existing customers and distributors.Provide technical advice and training on our products, remotely and in-person, utilizing your scientific knowledge.Support sales and marketing activities, including international trade events, customer visits, and digital marketing efforts such as social media campaigns, SEO, and email marketing.Deliver technical presentations and training to diverse audiences, including scientists, veterinarians, and technicians.Assist with marketing materials, technical documentation, and proposal preparation.Contribute to business operations of a small team environment and be willing to support other roles due to holidays etc. as necessary.The CompanyIVF Bioscience is a leading provider of animal in vitro production (IVP) media and associated products.
