TECHNICAL SALES SHEET METAL BESPOKE ARCHITECTURAL METALWORK role at Elite Metal Group

Senior Sales Estimator required to work for a well-established structural fabrication sheet metal and bespoke staircase company based in west London. It is essential that the candidate has previous experience in fabrication/welding/sheet metal industry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost budgets and cost estimates for new contracts
• Keep existing contracts up to date, including amendments, new cost estimates, and client communication
• Adhere to company standards and guidelines when analysing and providing estimations; focus on maximising profit and customer satisfaction while minimising risk
• Prepare detailed, well-written proposals for each client, adhering to client guidelines while offering competitive cost estimates and supporting documentation
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and seek out new clients
• Collaborate with contracts manager and design team on development, innovation, and creativity on client projects
• Keep detailed records of estimation documentation, site assessments, and contract terms; update contracts upon agreement of new terms
• Balance multiple proposals and ensure each reaches the client by the deadline
• Liaise with other departments to maintain business development and explore profitable outcomes

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Experience in fabrication/Welding/Sheet metal industry Bespoke architectural metalworks
• Strong customer-facing skills
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Live within a commutable distance of our premises

Remuneration and terms

• Full time - Permanent
• Monday - Friday (Mon-Thu 08:00 to 17:30; Fri 08:00 to 17:00)
• Salary £40,000 - £80,000 (Bonuses up to £15,000 per annum)
• 25 days holiday including bank holidays
• Pension
