OverviewClinical Territory Manager – healthcare sales role combining clinical expertise with commercial impact. Collaborative, development-focused culture where patient impact is central.The RoleOwn a broad South West territory (Devon, Cornwall, Somerset, Dorset, Wiltshire). Field-based role engaging with healthcare professionals to drive adoption of the paediatric nutrition portfolio. Build relationships with GPs, dietitians, paediatricians, pharmacists, and NHS stakeholders; deliver clinical and commercial messaging. Strategic planning, clinical influence, and business development to grow market share, optimise formulary listings, and create value for customers and patients.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver business/account plans aligned with regional and national priorities.Build relationships with key healthcare professionals and NHS stakeholders (ICB, ICS, PCN, hospital trusts).Influence guidelines and formulary decisions to secure positive product listings.Deliver clinical evidence with impact, ensuring credibility and trust.Monitor business performance, report on KPIs, and identify growth opportunities.Represent the business at educational meetings, symposiums, and customer events.What We’re Looking ForProven experience in sales, ideally from healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, clinical nutrition, or fitness.Strong relationship-building skills with the confidence to engage senior HCPs.Ability to communicate clinical evidence effectively and persuasively.Commercial acumen with strategic planning and data analysis.Growth mindset – agile, tenacious, and motivated by impact.Background in nutrition, biomedical sciences, or sports science is advantageous but not essential.Interested?
