Area Sales Manager

The Role of Area Sales Manager: Outstanding opportunity for an Area Sales Manager within our industrial division selling high value specialist lubricants to a wide range of manufacturing industries such as aerospace, automotive, paper, energy, glass, steel, food & beverage. Your primary goal is to identify, develop and deliver profitable new sales and the retention of existing business across Wales.

This is a field-based position where you will be conducting face to face meetings across a variety of different decision-making levels from procurement, through to engineering teams. There's a portfolio of c. 50 spending accounts on the area, many of which are prestigious manufacturing companies, that you would inherit which will see around 60% of your role being account management with 40% being of a business development focus which covers both new opportunity for sales within existing accounts and onboarding new spending customer.

Requirements: To be considered for the Area Sales Managerrole you must have:

·Proven track record of selling technical products into industrial manufacturing sectors

·Must be able to sell premium products, focussing on the value proposition / return on investment

·Money motivated

·Driving licence

The Package for Area Sales Manager:

·£50,000 - £55,000 basic salary DOE

·OTE £30,000 - £35,000, uncapped commission

·Car allowance - £719 per month

·24 days holiday plus Bank Holidays

·Defined contribution pension
