Territory Sales Manager – Cardiff & Surrounding Areas
Ready to take your career to the next level? Our client, a global leader in professional hair care (with a £1bn+ turnover and a presence in 100+ countries), is looking for a driven Territory Sales Manager to grow and support salon partnerships across Cardiff and the surrounding areas.
What You’ll Do Build and strengthen relationships with salon accounts, becoming their go-to partner. Spot opportunities to drive sales and hit ambitious targets. Deliver marketing campaigns and product launches that excite and engage. Ensure premium in-salon brand presence at every touchpoint. Organise and support events to boost awareness and retail performance.
What You’ll Bring Proven experience in face-to-face account management. A confident, proactive approach with strong relationship-building skills. A full UK driving licence. Based in or close to Cardiff.
